We purchased this heater from Maui Pool a year ago and in 6 months it did not work. It was replaced by warranty and the new heater was broken in the next 6 months. The dealer and the manufacturer are blaming the problem on incorrect use of chemicals even though after the first hot tub heater went bad we requested specific instructions on use of chemicals because we had had no such problems for over 15 years.
