Jandy Pump Great product and easy replacement for old Jandy pump.
Jandy Pool Pump Ordered pump and received in 3 days with expedited shipping. Package came wrapped so well that the UPS driver commented. Pump was smaller in size than original so it required modification of existing piping. Comes with new couplings and runs very quiet compared to old one. Price was comparable to purchasing through pool company but was able to get it quickly on Amazon.
Tough to get support We bought the FloPro FHPM pump for our in ground pool 7 years ago. It has worked very well. This year I am opening the pool myself and having trouble getting the pump to prime. The 800 support number in the operation manual is not a working number. There is some ambiguity in the instructions in the manual, but there appears no way to contact the company for support.
