This is a really high end product. Simple to install, controls are intuitive and easy to use. We have an in ground pool about 60K litres of water and heats up about 2 degrees Fahrenheit per hour. Don’t know yet what the gas consumption is but looks pretty impressive.

The Heater was well packed and complete. We were able to refit the gas supply and reuse electrical supply. I like the automated water By -pass . The 5 year warrantee is awesome as long as it is honored should the time come. I hope the warranty is better than many insurance companies who don't cover products unless forced to. Total Junk. Too expensive to replace constantly. AVOID!!! First brand new one didn’t work upon arrival. Second one lasted less than 2 seasons then failed. They have a 1 calendar year warranty so they won’t stand behind their product. I don’t imagine anyone runs their pool all year. It rusts inside the unit due to the humidity and the elements. Avoid Jandy at all costs.

I would give a zero if I could. Purchased a pool heater June 2023, heat exchange blew in Aug 2025. Jandy will not honor the 5 year warranty on a less than 2 year old heater. Our previous heater ( obviously not a Jandy) lasted for 20 years before needing replacement. Will never purchase anything Jandy product again. Avoid at all costs! Very disappointed

Shit product after 2 years the system blew and water leaking all over and called jandy I’m on my own told me to call a repair company I did estimate repair 2k I will never recommend this product and will advise people keep away

This is the second heater within 3years. First one the heat exchanger was completely destroyed. Blamed on chemicals but after proof that it was checked every other week professionally was replaced by a second heater only to last a few months with ignition errors.
