I love our Jandy JXi Heater 400 (CuNi) and it does a great job heating up our pool and it is easy to operate. I recently call your tech team since I had an error message and wanted to better understand the message and recommended next steps. All worked out well and the issue was a "thermal regulator" gone bad. It was an EZ fix but I didn't get the bill yet and hope it wasn't very expensive! I am looking forward to the benefits of having one of the best pool water heaters on the market many season to come.
