These bands are great! The bands are great. Each band is progressively more difficult, offering greater resistance and opportunity for strengthening. They are versatile and easy to travel with! The fabric covering is much better, thicker and more comfortable than the elastic of other bands. They are very stable and don't roll easily. They fit snugly.
quality is excellent It is the same as what the physical therapists use that are treating me. They work great.
Good for resistance A very good strength training product that allows a lot of versatility. The bands are portable and are great value for the price. I like how the product fits easily in my gym back.
Worth the price Great exercise bands. They are more comfortable than elastic bands and appear much more durable. I debated about buying them because they are more expensive. Now that I’ve started using them, I’m glad I invested in them.

Legs and glutes I recently became aware of this excellent product by way of my physical therapist. The bands still play an important role at home, and during my PT sessions. The product appears well constructed and very durable. Most definitely worth the money.
