I retuned the unit unopened. Found a electrical problem I disliked nothing. The flow sensor had a problem, exchanged it with one I had on hand from a previous unit.

Great price for a full kit including the salt cell and accessories The seller had a great price for the full kit including the salt cell and the sensor and the cable. All original manufacturer equipment and installed easy and worked just like it's supposed to.

Almost sent back Shipping was fast. Item appeared in good condition. I was unable to unscrew the cap at one end however without brute force. Someone screwed or on way too tight. Had to improvise because I didn’t have a wrench large enough to fit the collar. Took me half a day. Almost sent it back. But it’s working fine.

Works as advertised. Had to replace this unit for the 2nd time in 10 yrs. I guess 5 yrs is just the lifespan.

Shipped from manufacturer. Exact replacement for worn out cell. Shipped directly from the manufacturer at a much better price than I can get from my pool installer. My last cell lasted five years, hope this one does too.

Fixed my issue and saved me a service call. My system was three years old. I had my cell cleaned and was getting a 125 code. I suspected that the cell was used up so I ordered this cell as it is a direct replacement. It arrived well packaged and still sealed in the factory box. I did a direct swap of just the cell. Powered everything back up and now it is running great. If you have a PLC700 this is direct factory replacement.
