I was charged $125 for an appointment I tried to reschedule with Jane Sullivan’s office. I emailed confirmation showing I attempted to reschedule the week of April 20th, 2025, but received no response. When I reached out for help, I was told they couldn’t assist with billing—even though the payment was made directly to them. Jane is a one of a kind provider. She takes the time to not only listen, but also try to relate back to you. I started seeing her after struggling with OCD and seeing another provider that basically made me feel hopeless. However, Jane told me no one is ever helpless and not to settle for just feeling ok.
