We recently had our master bathroom remodeled and my husband and I are so happy with how our bathroom turned out! Jon and Matt were great to work with! They were on time every day and cleaned up after all the work was done! They communicated each day with me and/ or my husband on what they were working on that day! Experts on everything. We have worked with Jon and Matt at Janecek Construction for years and have referred them to all of our clients. We have used them to repair many jobs from homes that had been damaged by storms. We call them every time. Their pricing is fantastic, their quality of work is unmatched, and their professionalism is impeccable. Here is some before/after photos of the most recent job they performed for one of our clients! Just like new!
They did a fantastic job replacing the tub and tub surround. I called Thursday and they were able to come Monday and install a brand new tub and fixture. The whole operation was completed in one day and they made sure to clean up after themselves. They also did it for a very affordable rate. 10/10 would hire again!
Matt Janecek was wonderful to work with. He removed a poorly built deck that was falling apart and becoming dangerous. He built a new deck that is study, makes more sense for pathway and is properly secured. He helped keep the price reasonable and within budget. We would certainly hire Janecek Construction again for any future projects.
These days so many contractors don't bother even to show up for the job let alone come out and quote. Matt quoted my project and started it and completed it the following day. He's stayed in communication with me, on schedule, and completed in a timely manner without any fuss or disruption to my household. His price was reasonable and he was able to locate the materials I requested. I expect to contact him first the next time I need a company for any construction projects in my home.
