My unit was nice and manageable. The staff on the other hand is extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional (management*)! I have had issues with my AC unit for 1 1/2 years now with it JUST now coming to the attention of staff after complaining about it for so long. After awhile I gave up on the whole AC unit once I figured they weren’t gonna come and fix it. It has gotten a little better, but if you live out here, you better be home by 6p or you're going to find yourself riding around trying to find a parking space near your dwelling or you have to park on the street. People come over and don't leave. If you pay market, at least have a space to park🙄 Not cool for an older person.
I moved in a little over 3 years ago and I love living here, it is close to everything with only a short commute. The office staff is wonderful and works so hard to make everyone happy and are very observant. They came to my door to check on me one day because they had not seen me around in a few days and they were worried about me. As a senior citizen this meant the world to me that they even noticed but then to check up on me too
Janie’s gardens staff Jamie and felicity are always pleasant and professional. If I need something rental related or maintenance related issues they try there best to take care of it and if they can’t, in my personal experience they have more then once gone over and beyond to figure it out. I am a mother of two and life things are already hard but they make rental things something I dont have to worry about as much. They were and are always, well appreciated.
The ladies in the office are highly professional despite running around 24/7 and the maintenance guys get stuff done I've seen major improvements in this property in the past year when I moved in there were no maintenance the property was in really bad shape the place is starting to feel like home
