My experience living at Janie’s Garden has been humiliating, frustrating, and disappointing. Management appears to have little interest in providing professional support or addressing residents' concerns in a timely manner. Maintenance issues often go unresolved until inspection time, forcing tenants to live with conditions that can lead to property damage, health concerns, and additional expenses. My unit was nice and manageable. The staff on the other hand is extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional (management*)! I have had issues with my AC unit for 1 1/2 years now with it JUST now coming to the attention of staff after complaining about it for so long. After awhile I gave up on the whole AC unit once I figured they weren’t gonna come and fix it. I moved in a little over 3 years ago and I love living here, it is close to everything with only a short commute. The office staff is wonderful and works so hard to make everyone happy and are very observant. They came to my door to check on me one day because they had not seen me around in a few days and they were worried about me. As a senior citizen this meant the world to me that they even noticed but then to check up on me too
It has gotten a little better, but if you live out here, you better be home by 6p or you're going to find yourself riding around trying to find a parking space near your dwelling or you have to park on the street. People come over and don't leave. If you pay market, at least have a space to park🙄 Not cool for an older person.
People need to realize they have over 200 apartments and it's very difficult the way the economy is right now getting good maintenance staff. When I have an issue I will tell them it's important and if it's not I'll just say down the road is fine with me.
