Jannat Wolfe was tremendous. I am on a titration schedule which was the primary goal . As a Christian I wanted to eliminate all substances from my body. I do not drink for a long time now just seltzer and flavored water . As a big bonus Jannat gave me some tips on how to get past my insomnia. For 2 days straight I have had a full 7 hours of sleep! This is a great program and I highly recommend it.
Jannat is such a lovely person, and she is great at what she does!
