Dr. Trager is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He takes the time to explain and is very willing to answer my questions. I have complete confidence in Dr. Trager. I am always impressed with his knowledge and bedside manner that others lack.
I became Dr. Trager from the first day I was admitted in the Emergency Department at Centegra Hospital McHenry. Immediately Dr. Trager gave to me to proper medication for my heart failure and prescribed the specific tests. He was able to recuperate me very fast - just 3 days. Since then (summer of 2015) I had few appointments with Dr. Trager and 2 echocardiogram and my situation became more and more positive. Now (December 2016), I feel good due to his care even I have a 42 years type I diabetes
Walks in with laptop and gives little eye contact. Talks while typing and not addressing patient Totally ignores spouse when entering room . Doesn't explain procedures or possible medication side effects. If he is a doctorf osteopathy he should be giving info on preventative methods and diet and exercise etc. it's not that he doesn't have the knowledge but he seems to lack confidence and social skills.
