Jason was excellent. I would recommend him. However, we came on board just as there was a software change. Lots of glitches in your software system. For example, one Sunday, we received four urgent emails for information we had submitted the week before. A lot of wasted time and frustration.
Jason Jacobsen was very easy to work with. He communicated with me and my financial advisor on a timely basis and kept us on track for a successful closing. Jason is great to talk to especially about the particular items I needed to submit for the loan. I would highly recommend him.
