Jason, has been critical in helping me work through my current situation. I was injured at work, rendering me currently disabled for the last 2+ years and receiving several surgeries. Whether you’re new to therapy or like myself, have had some wonderful therapists over the years Jason understands and truly listens to what you say and need. I’ve had a goal to take better care of myself and that meant reminding me to do just that and he has helped me do that in so many ways.
Talking to Jason is like talking to an old friend, the conversation just flows. I love how he remembers the little details, the stuff that really matters.
Jason Lantz has been instrumental in helping me navigate my progress, his review of past visits has been invaluable in keeping me on track, thanks to him and Life Stance, I feel like I'm taking strides in the right direction.
I was pretty hesitant about getting back into therapy but I am so glad that I did. The convenience of telehealth appointments has afforded me to only ever miss one appointment in the 6 months I've been using lifestance. I liked being able to choose who I spoke to and I'm happy with my choice !
