We lived at Jasper towers for a year and really enjoyed our time here. SRG Residential seems like a great management company and smoothly transition from Greystar during our tenancy (yay!). Maintenance was seriously quick with turn around times (almost always same day) and leasing staff is always available and helpful, especially Christian. Hassan always promptly dealt with and resolved issues. The building: beautiful. The views: unbeatable. The people: the best. Stephanie and Anthony went above and beyond to help us get the best apartment for our lifestyle. Christian, Nate, what a wonderful people at the front desk :) Honestly, the staff is 10/10. I love how convenient this place is to get everywhere, 2 blocks and we are on our way to the airport, 10 minutes to the University, and just steps away from the Park. I absolutely love living at Jasper Towers! The floor plans are honestly stunning — very modern, open, and thoughtfully designed. The layouts feel spacious, the finishes are beautiful, and the big windows with city and mountain views make the apartments feel even more elevated and luxurious. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Christian P. is the heart of our building. He truly goes above and beyond to make this place feel like a home rather than just a place to live. He is always the first to greet you with a huge smile and such a warm welcome, it honestly brightens my day. For your own sake, please DO NOT move here. I've lived here for almost two years, and sadly I'm so beyond done living here, despite absolutely loving my unit and making wonderful friends here. Don't get me wrong, the building is beautiful but it was SO much more beautiful and clean and felt wonderful to walk into, however since the new management company took over everything has plummeted down hill, very very quickly.
