We lived at Jasper towers for a year and really enjoyed our time here. SRG Residential seems like a great management company and smoothly transition from Greystar during our tenancy (yay!). Maintenance was seriously quick with turn around times (almost always same day) and leasing staff is always available and helpful, especially Christian. The building: beautiful. The views: unbeatable. The people: the best. Stephanie and Anthony went above and beyond to help us get the best apartment for our lifestyle. Christian, Nate, what a wonderful people at the front desk :) Honestly, the staff is 10/10. I love how convenient this place is to get everywhere, 2 blocks and we are on our way to the airport, 10 minutes to the University, and just steps away from the Park. I’ve lived at Jasper for nearly four years, and I can confidently say that Kairoi is by far the best management company we’ve had during my time here. The building itself has always had so much going for it. The apartments are great, the amenities are strong, and the location is hard to beat. Can’t recommend this place unless you just have excess income to spend on rent. It’s way overpriced for what they call “luxury” which is stuff like physically locking the grills so they can’t be used, frequently out of service elevators, leaving the main entrances to each building broken for months at a time, visible disrepair in the driveway, breezeway, and dog park. Just moved into my new place at Jasper Towers and the experience has been great from start to finish. The move-in process was smooth, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they made everything really easy during what can usually be a stressful time. I also travel a lot for work, so being this close to Union Station has been incredibly convenient and honestly one of the biggest perks of living here. So far I’m really happy with my decision to move here and excited to be part of the community.
