I had my first meeting with Jas today. We did the intake information. She seems very knowledgeable. I have become aware recently that I could use some counseling as my life has been rather topsy-turvy the last few years. I need to get my mind, body, and soul to work together. It seems a long time since that has happened. I feel that Jas has ideas that will help me.
