Jazmin is relatively kind, but can unintentionally come off as slightly judgmental based off of her facial expressions, and the very little feedback that she does give. It would have been nice to receive valuable feedback versus small shady comments, here and there. I have just received (June 2023) an $80 charge from Jazmin Binns for an appointment I "missed" back in January 2023. There is no record of this appointment in LifeStance's System & it is not an appointment I had booked. I am now refuting this charge for the 2nd time & no one is able to provide me with any resolution. Anytime I place a call to LifeStance I am bounced around from person to person, no one can provide me with a single point of contact to get this matter resolved.
