Best gym I have found in Fresno by far. Machines are amazing and most are able to be used without a spotter. Making working out by yourself easy and effective. The facilities are always clean and the staff and community are polite and respectful.
Best gym in the Valley. Most important value points that the gym offers better than competitors are: 1) vibe 2) premium quality equipment that is brand new and well maintained 3) strong air conditioning and lack of sweat smell 4) not busy during peak hours
If you want some of the best equipment out there in the fitness world this is definitely the place to be. It’s 18 years old & older so there’s no kids or just people in general wasting your time standing around equipment they’re not actually using. You get what you pay for, if you want cheap then you get the crowds of people and cheap equipment.
