Had an amazing first experience. Very personable. Jasmine and the rest of the staff are amazing. I actually look forward to my next appointment when people typically dread going to the dentist. They have no judgment and just want you to leave happy and healthy when it comes to your smile.
We recently saw Dr. Hasenkopf at JBH Smiles for my daughter, and I couldn’t be more thankful for his care. Another office had us worried about possible bone loss, but after a thorough exam (and I do mean thorough), Dr. Hasenkopf And his staff reassured us that it was actually just gingivitis. I came in for my six month checkup and cleaning. The office is very clean and cleverly decorated. The staff are very professional and courteous. Everyone there seemed happy to work there. I don't remember the name of the lady who cleaned my teeth, but she did a great job. She had an entertaining personality that kept me in a good mood. Dr. H was an excellent dentist. He is young but knowledgeable. He referred me to an endodontist after finding a cracked molar, which helped me to save the tooth and avoid an expensive crown. I... read more
My visit to JBH Smiles started with a broken tooth. I have become a big fan of Dr. Hasenkopf, also known as Dr. H, and his entire staff. They are all very patient oriented, professional, knowledgeable and kind. My insurance doesn’t include dental coverage, but I have found JBH Smiles’ service fees to be reasonable. The practice also offers annual cleaning and checkup plans, which provide some savings. 👍👍
Great staff. Beautiful facility. Wonderful bedside manner. Only lost 1 star because I felt like touch wasnt gentle all the time. I am sensitive when it comes to dental work. But they really tried their best to be as smooth and gentle as possible. This is my dentist henceforth.
