It’s been over a year since J&D took over managing my condo, and my experience has been stellar. John and his capable team made the onboarding and handoff a breeze, and my property manager, Lori, has been nothing short of amazing. They also offer a range of services that add peace of mind. I received a competitively priced photo package with floor plan that turned out great and helped us secure a new tenant within weeks. I love knowing that my place is in great hands.

WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL SD TENANTS: DO NOT RENT WITH J&D!!!! They were absolutely so negligent with how they go about screening other tenants who rent with them and how they match tenants with each other; I've had to deal with a woman who not only is extremely disgusting, but who is also threatening, harasses me constantly, is immature, violent, and consistently vandalizes/destroys my things. J&D Management is one of the better management companies out there and they handled our moveout fairly. I have feedback, but it shouldn't discourage anyone from renting with them. My feedback is around communication and professionalism. J&D Management took over our building from another company in the middle of our tenancy. It was relatively lowkey and we had little information about J&D.
