J&D sets the tone for service for their owners and tenants. Whether it was getting new tenants into my unit or managing them, they always answered my questions and completed items on time with excellent communication. Highly recommend the partnership I have with them.
The property management is responsive and resolves issues promptly. Only concern is being a long term tenant since being bought/managaed, the rent has been increasing 10% max per year. Be advised if you get pulled into a rental price your first year each year they may come for 10% each time. The price seems well above market in the area. Do your research as there are similar if not cheaper options nearby
Since moving in J&D management has been very communicative & helpful with reminders. They are quick to respond and I haven’t had any problems!
Trying to just book a showing to view a couple units have been hell. We have driven out to Oceanside two days in a row which is a hour+ drive one way for us, just to have my appointment cancelled I was asked to reschedule and so I did even called their answering service for help they helped schedule one we showed up to the unit and no one there. Called the answering service back and they said they had no appointments on file for me. This is crazy. I won't even bother with this company anymore. What a nightmare this has been ... read more
