I’ve had a really positive experience with J&D Property Management. Communication is clear, issues are handled quickly, and everything feels well-managed. Ashley deserves a special shoutout—she’s incredibly helpful, patient, and on top of things. She kept me updated, answered questions promptly, and made the experience easy. If you’re looking for a property management team you can count on, I’d definitely recommend J&D.
Ashley is the standout helper for J&D. I have been lucky enough to have J&D manage the property where I am a Tennant 2 times now. They are super helpful, fair, understanding, and efficient. They rock. During Covid they worked with every one make sure no one was homeless and everyone was safe during the craziness. I got the opportunity to move back into one of their properties and I’m stoked that I did. 5 stars, happy I found a trustworthy company to rent from so I don’t have to watch my back all the time.
