Great property management. They were quick with maintenance requests, and everything I needed to request maintenance, review my lease and make payments were available online. The move-out process was smooth, all it took was a click of a button to give my 30-day notice and I didn't have to do anything but move out and leave the keys. Got most of my deposit back minus reasonable cleaning fees because I didn't clean up.
I’ve had a really positive experience with J&D Property Management. Communication is clear, issues are handled quickly, and everything feels well-managed.
