We’ve lived at a property managed by J&D Management, and we have only good things to say. The property is always clean, safe, and well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Ashley at J&D has been especially helpful. She is professional, courteous, and always responds to my emails promptly. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience, and we’re happy living here.
Great property management. They were quick with maintenance requests, and everything I needed to request maintenance, review my lease and make payments were available online. The move-out process was smooth, all it took was a click of a button to give my 30-day notice and I didn't have to do anything but move out and leave the keys. Got most of my deposit back minus reasonable cleaning fees because I didn't clean up.
Unfortunately, our experience with this housing management company was extremely disappointing due to consistent communication issues and unprofessional conduct. From the initial property viewing, the agent was noticeably engaged with other families while offering little to no interaction with ours, which immediately felt dismissive. J&D Management is one of the better management companies out there and they handled our moveout fairly. I have feedback, but it shouldn't discourage anyone from renting with them. My feedback is around communication and professionalism. J&D Management took over our building from another company in the middle of our tenancy. It was relatively lowkey and we had little information about J&D.
