It's been 3 weeks since I've purchased my vehicle from JDM. It's a 1999 Honda Accord Wagon and she's beautiful. I am beyond happy! The process from beginning to end was quick and easy. Robert is amazing, he was there every step of the way. Bryce is awesome with assisting wherever possible and both are quick to follow-up, communicate, assure and motivate.
Hard to put into words exactly what my experience was like, just know it felt like a family bbq and leaving with a pan of baked beans. Definitely not my last bbq with JDM Hawaii/ Sky Auto.
Bought a 98 honda acty from here and was told that it wasnt rusted through. Also purchased their maintenance plan which included an app to track services. The truck has rust holes and the app has yet to work. I was also promised in writting to replace a worn seat, and after a few weeks of calling, mind you i was calling them, i was told to ask their shop for a chair and pay for one. It was a wonderful experience and very informative of the mini van that we bought. Explained to us how we need to take care of the vehicle because of the age of the vehicle. We appreciated the honesty that the sales team shared with us. We can barely wait to get another one of these precious little vehicles.
