The staff at JDM Hawaii were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. They made buying a JDM car simple, explained their car selection process and the services they offer well and were able to answer any of the questions I had. I love the truck. I'm on an outer island. I bought it without a road test on the good reputation of JDM and the staff promises if when I got it something was wrong they would make it right. I was led to believe it would be road ready. I got free shipping promise. When YB called to say it was here they asked me for money. JDM ended up paying but it was not delivered as promised. Sure we could have bought online from some random site but who knows what would have rolled off the dock if it came straight from Japan, or what could have gone wrong with it if we’d gone with a private seller.
