Our small dog wasn't eating and was having bouts of diarrhea. We called the JC animal hospital on a Friday afternoon. They got us in that day. Treated her for a bad ear infection. Blood tests all came back fine. She started doing better after her 1st treatment. Anti fungal for her ears, medicated food and a probiotic. Harper got to meet Dr. Bryce Long for her annual shots last week. She pulls me into the building every time we go there, which always makes me feel good since we've had to go there for not so fun things before. The staff up front are friendly and usually come around to pet Harper when we get there and when we leave. Dr. Long took time after her vaccines were done to sit down on the floor with Harper, give her lots of pets and talk about her general health and how good of a girl she is. The staff handled my Molly with amazing care while also keeping other pets safe while she was sick. They were patient with my questions. I also appreciate the honesty of Dr Long considering how sick my girl was. Thankfully with his help she's doing sooo much better. Thank you!!
We were in town visiting my in-laws when our dog had what we thought was an obstruction. Dr. Allen and his team got us in right away and took incredible care of our scared, nervous girl. Before the surgery they laid everything out so we understood what they were planning to do. Afterward he explained everything so thoroughly and made sure we understood everything and provided us with a lot of comfort.
