Our small dog wasn't eating and was having bouts of diarrhea. We called the JC animal hospital on a Friday afternoon. They got us in that day. Treated her for a bad ear infection. Blood tests all came back fine. She started doing better after her 1st treatment. Anti fungal for her ears, medicated food and a probiotic. Harper got to meet Dr. Bryce Long for her annual shots last week. She pulls me into the building every time we go there, which always makes me feel good since we've had to go there for not so fun things before. The staff up front are friendly and usually come around to pet Harper when we get there and when we leave. Dr. Long took time after her vaccines were done to sit down on the floor with Harper, give her lots of pets and talk about her general health and how good of a girl she is. We are fairly new to town & have been going to another vet with our two cats. After 3 yrs with them & 200$/cat for their annual vaccines plus their own 'extras' we decided to shop around. I saw reviews for JC Animal Hosp & gave them a try. And, so glad we did! I am convinced this is the best clinic in the country. I used to live on the East Coast and have seen vets across multiple different states. Dr. Allen and his team at JCAH are simply the BEST around. My dog Harley was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on January 3rd, 2025. I brought my dog here for a second opinion. The Doc got right to work and found a misdiagnosis almost immediately. Sadly my boy was too far gone and didn't come home. Thanks to the staff for finding the truth and not letting him suffer anymore. Everyone was kind and respectful. I don't think that I would have found that quality of bedside manner at another office.
