We love living in these apartments!! The staff is so friendly and maintenance is always on top of repairs when we rarely do need their services. Jefferson Forest Manor has a community event for the residents a couple times a year and I have met some really friendly people here. It’s very quiet and peaceful here. Me and my family have been here 2 years in December and we don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon. 😌
Jefferson Forest Manor is a great place to live. The apartments are nice, open, full of natural light, and located in a great neighborhood. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time in this community.
I updated my review based on what happened after I moved out of my property. If I could have given Drucker and Falk zero stars I would have. I lived at JFM for 3 years and while it was a decent place to live, the lack of on-site amenities, constant garbage pile up at the entrance, and location made me consider moving elsewhere. When D&F raised the rent $400 in 6 months without making any improvements to the property I was done. Had a good experience there for over a year, I would have highly recommended them if it hadn’t been for this final experience. On July 22 approximately 3am my wife and I were awaken to an electrical fire that started in the unit above us. We were woken up by the grace of God as our smoke alarm only let off one beep, the smoke alarm in the unit where the fire started didn’t even go off. I love living at Jefferson Forest Manor. The apartment quality is amazing for the price, and the location is wonderful and safe. It is located in a new development with beautiful houses and townhouses. The staff is great and always professional. The walls are not too bad, I only hear my neighbors once or twice a week. The only down side is that it is right next to a high school football field and every once and a while when there is a game you can hear the speaker system loud and clear.
