Not much to comment regarding their dental services or customer service, however it is dissapointing that two years since any visit or service at Jefferson Park Dental and they were continuing to charge a yearly dental plan membership for services I was not receiving. Do be careful about this business in regards to finances; they overcharge for standard services and rope you into these memberships which they do not cancel once you are not their client anymore.
My family and I have been coming to this office for years. Dr Nissan and her staff are by far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Everything is always explained thoroughly and I never feel pressured. Plus the atmosphere is fun and inviting. So glad I started coming to this office so I don’t dread the dentist anymore
Great great great dental office! I can not stress that enough, they have made all my visits easy, smooth, quick and painless. The great energy and joy the entire staff brings is second to none when it comes to dental offices, from the Dr. down to all the assistants I’m grateful to have found Jefferson Park Dental Studio!
I worked in the dental field over 25 years. The last dentist I worked for retired. So finding a new dentist was not easy. Finally! I found Jefferson Park Studio, I met Dds. Nissan and her wonderful staff! So professional and takes her time explaining everything she is doing. She is very gentle and her main focus is on her patients being comfortable and making sure they understand what is being done. My friend who was with me even made an appt too. I chose this practice because it's not corporate owned and I can walk there; you should choose it because it's a really wonderful place! They are friendly & professional. Caring & compassionate. My visits for cleanings are efficient & pleasant. Can't say enough good things.
