This place is the best..very quick and clean. When I had an actual procedure, the staff and doctor was amazing. They all were very thoughtful, informative, and answered questions that I might have had before I even thought about them. Ive been there about 4 times and everyone was on the ball, getting people checked in, back to chaning area, and then getting you guickly from that waiting area... They all hustle. I have been going to get my mammogram here for quite a few years. They have always been very professional with the whole process. I think once your in their computer system the registration is pretty simple. You would just need your prescription from your doctor and insurance information. I'm sure no one likes to get a mammogram, but compared to a lot of other things I've gotten done, it's relatively easy. It only takes about 15-20 minutes. They still have the Covid restrictions in place and its always nice and clean. Als... read more

Had my very first mammogram today and from hearing other stories, was expecting it to be uncomfortable and painful. Not with Solis! I barely felt anything except a little pressure; the tech was very professional and explained each step . I was in and out of the office in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Unable to read and comprehend a mammogram (suspect it was 2D) and a ultrasound. Will not tell what's going on, just schedule for "diagnostic screening". Is this the SAME machines you used on me and couldn't find anything which led you to say " no suspicious findings". Want to schedule fast too. At 5 weeks out, you will get the same findings only difference you just exposed me to more radiation. I have never experienced this in my adult life as a woman. Mind you, I had additional testing with my mammogram and they can't tell... read more

the worst possible service ever!!!! scheduler messed up the first appt... i was promised a call back last week .... still waiting...called today said the system down lol.... promised a call back within 30 minutes... that was 2 hours ago.... im hoping my dr. can refer me to a different service as this again is the worst possible customer service i have ever received !!!!! i would give a negative 10 stars if possbile!!!!!

I am so disappointed. I was scheduled this afternoon for my very first mammogram. I took off of work during an extremely busy time, and had my husband take off work to be there with me for my appointment. I arrived at 3:50 (for a 3:45 appointment) due to traffic, only to find that that office had closed early for the day. No one called to inform me. No one called to reschedule me. This is not how you treat patients.
