I called about having an extraction and due to possible difficulties with medications I am taking I was advised to come in for a consultation. Arranged to come in immediately. While making the arrangements the staff asked about my health provider and pertinent questions. When we arrived all the necessary forms had already been processed and were waiting for signature.
