I would highly recommend Jennifer Gaul to anyone looking for a therapist to address their mental health. Jennifer is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She holds me accountable, while allowing me the space to talk through issues that I am experiencing. My interaction with Jennifer and Lifestance has been outstanding.
Honestly I’m scared to leave a good review for Jennifer Gaul because my selfish side doesn’t want her to get anymore booked than what she already is. 😂😭 But on a serious note as a 34 yo woman of color going to EDMR therapy was the last thing on my buckler list that I thought would help with my childhood trauma. Yet here we are… 5 sessions in and I’m feeling much more lighter than before. I’m lucky to be one of her clients. She doesn’t judge me or my thoughts or the things I’ve been through.
