I have seen some reviews that were not positive and just wanted to offer a review from a happy patient. I have been using Jennifer for about three years and have been happy with her treatment. As I have needed to change up things she listens to why and comes up with alternatives explaining the pro/con of each decision. While all reviews are important I think more unhappy people write reviews than happy people.

Jennifer was very dismissive towards me. She made me feel like my issues were irrelevant. I had a problem with miscommunication & scheduling with the office + her, & was told two completely different things and was blamed BY HER for it. She ended up dumping me as a patient at the end of my appointment, telling me to move forward with someone else. I was needing a mental health break from work and she refused to sign off until in her words “at least 6-8 months after treatment started”. Last I checked, mental health crisis doesn’t have a timeline. Do not seek treatment with this woman. She needs to get out of psych. She tried to put me on an antidepressant that I had an anaphylactic reaction to 20 years ago. Our telehealth appts consisted of me sobbing but it still wasn’t enough to write for time... read more

This woman was AWFUL. The worst person I have ever seen for psychiatry and I've seen many people. She was dismissive even after I told her I've been diagnosed with bipolar twice, along with borderline personality. I told her what I wanted to be on medication wise and what the only thing that was ever worked for me and she pushed a medicine that I've TRIED and had a rash reaction to that is also a class C medication for pregnancy. I brought up the other medication which is a class B, again and she refused because I am pregnan... read more
