My Provider is knowledgeable and caring. I like her very much. However, she is hard to reach with questions between visits. There is no staff to call and ask questions. Everything now seems to be AI driven. I usually have to wait up to a 1/2 hour past my appt time before my visit.
I have been coming to Lifestance for a few years, I have seen a couple different doctors during this time but Everyone there is great!! However Jennifer Thomas is exceptional!! She’s very invested in her patients she has always made sure I am comfortable with the treatment path that’s decided on and that I fully understand everything. Always answers all my questions. Jennifer Thomas is wonderful! She really listens and is very good about doing what’s best for her patients. She allows her patient the autonomy to help in their treatment by going through all the benefits, as well as, the side effects of treatment options. I highly recommend her!!
I have been a pt of Jennifer Thomas for approximately 2 years & this woman is a God send! Jennifer has helped me so much & she is like talking with a friend, like others have stated in their reviews, there is no judgement. I am a very private person but with Jennifer I know she truly cares about me & she is always there for me!
