Always been a skeptic of therapy. In the movies, the whole laying on the couch and this person jotting everything you say down depicting who you are like a lab rat made it seem like a gimmick. I was completely wrong! Such a beautiful down to earth atmosphere, thank you for making me feel so welcomed. Being able to vent to an unbiased ear felt good. I think this will be the beginning of a new routine moving forward.
