Unexpected Results. Before Top Flite I had spoke to 4 different Lenders. Each of the Lenders were unable to help me with my cash out refinance. I make a good living but showing it on paper was an issue. I have equity in my home. Mr. Cole was able to make me make sense on paper. I am very grateful to him and the loan programs that Top Flite had to offer.

Friendly and patient I contacted Jerome to assist me with a home refinance while I had some credit problems. He took the time to assist me with a plan to get my credit to a place where he could refinance my home and was not pushy or upset during any delays I had.
