I had a broken waterline at our Church on a Saturday afternoon. I called and received a call back within 5 minutes. The technician arrived and discovered the problem and fixed it. It was a difficult job but was fully repaired that evening. The quality of the repair and the price was excellent, along with the quick response. Jerry’s Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning came out to check my air conditioner, which wasn’t working efficiently. They discovered the motor was at the end of its life. They submitted their findings to my home warranty insurance, got approval and replaced the motor. My A/C unit starts right up now and runs great. The service professionals that came out were great, they arrived on time, explained the problem and came back to complete the work as soon as my warranty approved the job. Very professional and responsive. Telephone and text contact prompt and friendly. Bid submitted in a timely manner and all questions answered. The technicians arrived on time and completed the work quickly and cleaned up after they were done with the job. Both gentlemen were in uniform and very accommodating. Excellent customer service, honesty, and work quality! Robert and Robby worked on our plumbing and were outstanding in every way.
