Exceptional Psychiatrist with great education Dr. Rhoads is one of the few doctors that uses his brain to think about all potential factors in treating mental health. Many people overly rely on medicine or do something because the text book taught them, but not him. He is very smart and approachable. He takes the time you need to make you feel like you are heard.
