First let me say that I highly recommend Jessica Demby, service. Jessica D. is an excellent counselor who in my opinion listens with compassion and understanding.Jessica has guided me from a stagnant mindset and patterns due to the trauma that I’ve had lived with for a long time and denying myself of the mental health therapy I was needing. Jessica is the best therapist I’ve ever had and her guidance helps me to understand and get clarity my life. Donna.

Sometimes a counselor really helps. No judgement, new perspective and resources. I recently retired as a school RN and Jessica Demby suggested I contact my University that I graduated from to see if an academic counselor could help me choose my next position of interest. I have a free appointment virtually with my Alma Mater next week! Lifestance bas been great.
