The total experience was great. The offoce staff kept us informed on the schedule and any changes. They accommodated to our schedule to not interfere with lawn managing company. The on-site crew were professional and took care of the property. The product finishes was perfect. Unfortunately, the driveway was marked up after waiting the recommended 72 hours. I wished the instructions was clearer.
Jet-Black recently sealed my driveway and they did a thorough job addressing problem areas as discussed beforehand. Several years slipped by since Jet-Black sealed my driveway and I trusted them to do it again. The price was reasonable considering my past maintenance was neglected and they did a fantastic job. I strongly recommend using Jet-Black :)
Great job, great price, quick response. Highly recommend. Requested an online quote and John showed up the next day to take a look and provide a very reasonable price quote. Price included an advertised discount, which I didn't even mention. Within a few days,I received a phone call to schedule the work the following week. John spread the sealcoating himself very meticulously, assisted by his 2 assistants. A nice thick coat, filling a lot of small cracks, was applied with careful and seasoned teamwork. Thank you.
Jet Black did an amazing job on our driveway!!! They were very friendly and We are glad we chose them to do our driveway. We will use them in the future and tell friends family and neighbors how good they are.
Jet-Black was great to work with. They came out quickly and gave us a quote and then were able to do the work within 2 weeks. Another company said they wouldn’t be available for the rest of this year. The driveway looks great and I plan to use them again next time.
