Hired Jet-Black of Rochester in 2019 to blacktop a parking lot. Looked fantastic after the job, went through one winter, and by Spring of 2020, there were large bare spots in 2 areas. Jet-Black came back and fully repaired the problems under warranty (at their cost) without any fuss. They stand behind their product.
You get what you pay for with Jet Black. This is our second time using them and their detail to the job is fantastic. All cracks were sealed, the topcoat looks flawless, and the guys take care when prepping and sealing the driveway.
