I highly recommend Jet Development. We hired them for a second floor remodel including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loft. The character and attitude of Alex, The Project Manager, was dependable, trustworthy, courteous, professional, nothing was ever a problem. The crews he brought in were prompt, skilled, and payed attention to detail. They cleaned up any messes everyday. We stayed on budget, no financial surprises. Again, we are so pleased, we are looking to hire them for another project.

We began our home project journey in June 2023 when we obtained many estimates from various construction companies throughout LV. We decided to extend our living room and turn the patio into our living space which would add 190 ft.². We also added a shower to our powder bathroom downstairs along with converting the upstairs balcony into a bedroom which would add 165 ft.² We were impressed with Jennifer's proposal and signed on 12/5/23. After several months of architectural designs and submittal to the city of Las Vegas, we o... read more

Prompt, professional, great communication, amazing work-product, and they stand by their product. We had a pool house built and they did an absolutely amazing job. Very reasonable on pricing, and I was given the owner's cell phone from the beginning, and then the foreman's. When there were minor issues after completion (which, let's face it, there always are), they promptly remedied the situation. I've referred them to others and HIGHLY recommend them for additions, remodels, pool structures, or casitas. They made it ea... read more

I signed a contract with them to ad an extension to my leaving room, I was told it will take up to 6 months, it was done 7 months and 18 days later with cracks on my ceiling and wrong position of outside outlet ( GFI) which doesn’t work. They have been asking for $2000 more than the contract amount that they have received before the job was done, they admit the problems exist but they don’t want to fix them unless I pay them the extra money that they are asking for. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM

Managed and built a 2 bedroom, detached casita. Purchased a home and wanted to convert the detached garage into a full 2- bedroom home for in-laws. Jennifer and Jet Development were communicative, reasonably priced, on time, and fixed all of our permitting issues created by the external architect. Before their involvement, the project was a disaster. I highly recommend Jet Development. I know someone currently trying to build a guest house, and their experience has been horrible. Jet Development made our process smooth and t... read more
