Update: I left a review a month ago and since then I haven’t been contacted from ANYONE from this company regarding my concerns the way the owner wrote on this post. As kind as the response is they’re still not addressing my issues. I now have to plan to hire an attorney to file a lawsuit against the owner and rental company for illegal charges on my account. I have been living here since April of last year until jhw enterprise took over i had no problems with getting anything fixed but once they took over in October 2024 the property management is not all that great they are some what friendly and kind but not all the time my issue is when the hurricane came where i have my curtains hanging they fell to the floor making a big mess and it looks terrible i have pictures i will post as well still to this day not fixed…….then in December my front porch light went out i put in like 3... read more
I came in to jhw searching for a place to stay and what I got was a home with the most professional and friendliest staff. Danielle is moving me in. She made the process easy and an over great experience. I am looking forward to becoming a tenant.
My air has been out for 4 months and I’ve been getting the run around ever since February. It’s now getting hotter and I’m getting sick being in this 85 plus degree weather with no running cool air. This is unacceptable and things need to be done. Moore group company changed my friend air within 1 week of him telling them and it’s been 4 months and JHWS hasn’t done a thing. They know the problem but won’t fix the problem. It doesn’t take more than a week to get an approval from anybody respectfully.
They don't want to pay their vendors. We've done work with them a few times and hard to get paid but now this is getting ridiculous. Try to talk to someone down there is like pulling teeth and when you do it's basically they send you to an answering machine and do not reply. Naomi over $7, 718.83 this is accumulated over the past few months. You have to upload invoices into their app they use. All that's been done and they still haven't paid getting paid for a job you've already done should not be this difficult
