Dr. Panza is a great doctor. Dr. Panza does have a punctuality problem and her staff could be more accommodating when you need an emergency appointment, but Dr.Panza is worth overlooking these issues.
The best primary doctor in the area. Writes perfect script when you need it.
Dr. Panza is an excellent physician. She might run late, however, you know that she will not rush you and will give you the time that you need. She sits down and listens to what you have to say. I have never felt that she has brushed off or overlooked many medical issues. She is a great diagnostician. However, should she be stumped, she doesn't have a problem referring out. Great diagnostician. Very knowledgeable and listens. Office often chaotic atmosphere.
The best you could ever hope for. Will fight the fight for you.
The office staff is horrible. They are rude and act like you are bothering them. The office hours are NOT patient friendly and they never roll their phones back on time. They are usually 15-30 minutes behind schedule in answering the phones in the beginning of the day and after their "lunch hour".
Dr Braverman Panza has a very compassionate side. Her staff, however, are shady. Unprofessional. And lacking knowledge. It is very sad to see a good Physician have a staff that doesn't match in any way shape or form. And when I suggested I would be going to another practice her RNP stated , "if you leave us you`ll have problems no matter where you go".
