So far I feel comfortable with my NP. I feel she listens, I don't feel like I repeat myself. I've had two sessions and do not feel the need to run. I am hopeful with this experience. Dr Jillian Rouleau is professional and kind . She doesn't make you feel less of a person for seeking help. I recommend trying this.

Dr Jillian Rouleau is a very kind and caring professional. She is soft spoken, which makes the interaction very relaxing. This appointment we talked about my need to quit smoking so I can have my surgery done. We discussed the options, she prescribed a medication to help and also other ways to deal with my habits of when I smoke. At the end of our visit I felt very confident that I can do this

I learned (more in depth information about the medications I have been taking and a possible solution to my current issues) more in my first 1 hr-ish visit with Jillian than I have with my primary care teams over the past 10 years. She was able to explain the science behind the medications and how they are supposed to work in a way I could understand. Granted, that was probably only scratching the surface, but it feels amazing to know my medication issues aren’t falling upon deaf ears!
