Dr Jillian Rouleau is a very kind and caring professional. She is soft spoken, which makes the interaction very relaxing. This appointment we talked about my need to quit smoking so I can have my surgery done. We discussed the options, she prescribed a medication to help and also other ways to deal with my habits of when I smoke. At the end of our visit I felt very confident that I can do this
I wasn’t entirely sure at first but I feel very comfortable with Jillian now. She is really listening to me and i feel like she is helping me to make progress.
I learned (more in depth information about the medications I have been taking and a possible solution to my current issues) more in my first 1 hr-ish visit with Jillian than I have with my primary care teams over the past 10 years. She was able to explain the science behind the medications and how they are supposed to work in a way I could understand. Granted, that was probably only scratching the surface, but it feels amazing to know my medication issues aren’t falling upon deaf ears!
Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Timely reminders for appointments. Love it! Would recommend to anyone!
