I had an awesome experience. I was looking for a local tech to help me build a gaming PC. I met with Javier and explained what I was looking for. He quickly put together a plan and we scheduled a session to build the computer. Javier is very knowledgable and taught me what he was doing as he was doing it. He was also extremely patient and informative with any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend, I am extremely happy.
Javier has worked with my computer and my printer. He is very patient, very professional and responsive. He is a very honest man, which in today's world I appreciate very much. He always gives me all the options and what he feels is the best deal. Very transparent about pricing. I would highly recommend him without any reservations whatsoever.

My external drive wouldn’t mount and after finding my tech moved away, he recommended JK Tech. I brought the drive to them and they were able to get the information transferred to a new hard drive. They are great, Xavier explained what they were going to do, the price was good and didn’t go up when I picked up the unit. I was kept informed and it was completed when promised. I have found my new go to tech guys!
