I had an awesome experience. I was looking for a local tech to help me build a gaming PC. I met with Javier and explained what I was looking for. He quickly put together a plan and we scheduled a session to build the computer. Javier is very knowledgable and taught me what he was doing as he was doing it. He was also extremely patient and informative with any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend, I am extremely happy.

Excellent service, truly one of a kind. Javier was able to update my current computer to Windows 11 even though Microsoft's messaging had informed me that it lacked the requirements for an upgrade. His work enabled me to return a new computer for which I had paid more than $500. Javier's first allegiance is to his clients. He shares information about his work, computers and the industry as no other computer specialist I have worked with has done. I can't recommend him highly enough.

JK Techs did an amazing service for me- just when it was needed the most! My work computer died and I needed to get a new one and move all its data as soon as was humanly possible. Javier was at my work desk the next day and stayed and worked until all was done! And done right! He was so terrific! And my business did not suffer at all from lost time!
