This is the first bodywork session I’ve ever had and it was amazing. Volod understands so much about the physiology behind pain/tension/build up and how it interacts between the nerves/muscles. He was able to walk thru the chart and what target groups would help alleviate lack of motion and also some pain related to sciatica problems. Truly educational and you can tell he has a passion for helping people. Would go every week if I could!
Cathy was incredible. I have had several professional massages but no one prior has relaxed my body so deeply. Her hands were strong an intuitive and I’m not going to anyone else from now on. Thank you 🙏🏻
Another amazing massage at JL by Josh. I have sciatica issues and he fixes it every time. He takes his time and works on the areas I need deep tissue massage. Ive been getting massages very frequently for over ten years and he is the best without a doubt. All the therapists at JL are really skilled.
Excellent first time experience. Went in not knowing how tight my muscles were. Left feeling really loose and relaxed. Claudia paid attention to all my issue areas and got me to what I needed. Absolutely recommend going there.
