I had a wonderful experience during my colon therapy. Richelle is such a caring, patient, and kind person. She is always open to answering questions and makes sure we feel comfortable throughout the process. Such a great experience at JL Therapeutics. From check-in to the massage, everything was thoughtful and professional. I truly enjoyed my 90 minute massage session. My therapist, Hayden asked about pressure, was very accommodating. Already looking forward to my next appointment.
As a physical therapist, I’m very hard on my body, especially my hands. What a difference this made. I have had several Reflexology appointments here at J&L, and have never been disappointed. This most recent time I had Maile. And let me tell you, she’s tiny but strong! ( in a great way) ! I have been waking up achy in my feet, Lower extremities and hands for weeks, and my hands have been throbbing for the last 2 weeks ( esp my thumbs). Today I had my first ever colon hydrotherapy. I was super nervous and asked a million questions. Richelle was super informative and made me feel very comfortable during “uncomfortable” time. The room was clean, professional looking, had everything I needed. Richelle told me what to expect and when, at the end she gave thorough instructions on what to expect afterwards. I will definitely go back for this service & maybe try a massage next time!
I had a two-hour customized massage with Jen at JL Therapeutics, and let me just say—her hands must have been blessed by God. She made me feel completely comfortable from the start and took the time to answer all of my questions. During the massage, we had great conversation, but she also intuitively knew when quiet moments were needed.
