They are the landscaping provider at our HOA in the West Deer Township The trimming and grass cutting are adequate. When they cut the grass, they blow the clippings into the flower beds. This becomes unsightly when the clippings start to knit together. Calls to their office have not rectified the problem. JML has been the landscaping contractor for Laurel Village Apartments for many years now. I cannot begin to express the level of quality that they give us every season. On the rare occasion that there is any issue, they provide immediate response. Their creativity in our planting beds for flowers etc is unbelievable! Would not ever entertain the option of brining in a different contractor. Great job Leah, John and team!

Just had an instance where they didn’t finish removing snow from our neighborhood and had to be asked to come back. When they do finish a job, it’s not up to standards.

JML is contracted through our HOA to service our community. Outside of an unreliable cut schedule, they have ZERO regard for actual landscaping. The photos provided were taken within our community after JML visited. We’d experienced heavy rainfall and rather than rescheduling the cut for a reasonable purpose, they destroyed beautiful lawns. Several residents have taken to maintaining their own lawns at an additional expense as there is no way to “opt out” of JML’s abysmal services. Our HOA company is CMA. I would love to know when your guys cut grass particularly had a few places in Fox Chapel. Why do they blow the grass all over the road in the bed? Is that just the way they’re trained or is that just what they’re told to do or is that just how you guys cut grass cause on a personal opinion if you came to my house and was blowing grass in my bed, I’d make you leave and I won’t pay you! As you can see in the photo, the guy was turning around, and as he turned around, he’s blowing the grass on his next pass right into the bed
