Part 1: I started looking for an apartment in May 2023, as my lease was due to end on July 31st. We decided to tour their now FORMER property, Broadstone Ranch. We toured a unit with an agent named Charisma, who is the one who “helped” us through this mess. We requested to pay a prorated fee to move in early since the move-in date was on the 1st, and we needed to be out of our old apartment on the 31st. She said she could make these things happen. Like other reviews have said, if I could give 0 stars I would. JNB should not be managing properties. We were told move in day was August 1, 2021. We moved in to a house that was absolutely filthy with a LONG list of things broken, dirty, or missing. Honestly it is just too many items to list in a review, so I attached a picture of just a few items that needed fixing. We have been contacting them nearly every day since day 1 with barely any communication. It took them 2 weeks just to fix the cracked toilet and the other leak... read more
Poor communication and lack of customer service. Had to repeatedly call and email the office for weeks to get them to send us a check for our security deposit return. Our lease ended the last day of Dec and we finally received the check the middle of March. They expressed no concern for our frustration and sparingly acknowledged their lack of service. Also, Eastmark Apartments (the property we rented at & they manage) is in poor condition. The management there is unprofessional, dumpsters are constantly overflown with trash ... read more
I can't say enough good things about this company I’ve been at their properties for the past 2 1/2 years. Work orders always done within 3 days. Thanks to JNB Platinum I went from an apartment to a house! ❤️
Leasing manager Charisma goes above and beyond to meet your needs ! Responds back fast and will even directly reach out to maintenance to get problems fixed in your unit that occur! 10/10 recommend ! They also run great specials for move ins. JNB Platinum would have to be on the top of my list for sure !
