Like other reviews have said, if I could give 0 stars I would. JNB should not be managing properties. We were told move in day was August 1, 2021. We moved in to a house that was absolutely filthy with a LONG list of things broken, dirty, or missing. Honestly it is just too many items to list in a review, so I attached a picture of just a few items that needed fixing. I live in Eastmark apartments managed by JNB. My A/C has been down since for two weeks now. This is the hottest time of the year (late July, early August), and it is unbelievable that no one cares about my situation. I have been given a small window unit, which is designed for a 150 Sqft room, not a 550 Sqft apartment (So it does not help) to live with until the new a/c unit they claimed is ordered like 10 days ago, arrives. This place is joke, our worst stay ever… they do not fix anything all they care about is rent, oh don’t be late they at your door leaving notes but let u have a maintenance problem who knows when they coming… I honestly don’t see how any of them still have a job… I have called and called the office and have called Janie and she just don’t answer or return calls… we are a family of 6 with 4 kids and we have no hot water, Power been out 2 days, stove not working, garbage disposal not working.we are using so many candles right ... read more

We have experienced several move-in & move-out procedure but never have we received the charge as high as you have put on us. Totally more than $1600, including wall repair, make ready labor, and carpet cleaning etc.. Won't you redo the cleaning of the house after we moved out if we 'clean and repair everything PERFECTLY'? Why do we need to pay the wall repair, carpet clean and even labor charge? Did we break the wall or paint on the wall? or even left oil on the wall? Refitting charge should never be paid by previous tenant... read more
