I had a good expierence with Jo my new therapist.
She is very accommodating and understanding.

I waited to post of my review it's been two-years I've had my ups and downs. I gave my therapist a chance. She's alright...she didn't answer my question she just tried. During these days sometimes that's all we can ask for
So much back-and-forth on email and via phone call and they keep messing up. Charged me despite having free EAP sessions. Misquoted me on my insurance co-pay. Gave me a really crappy counselor also.
