I am in shock with the rest of the google reviews.I recommend you look at the reviews on ZocDoc 200+ reviews and her average is 4.8 stars. My personal experience is: I felt so comfortable with Joanne. I was able to open up and really talk to her. She listened to me, and responded to all my concerns. She did not try and rush and I am very happy with how the appointment went. I have been seeing Joanne now for about a year.
Joanne riffing Jackson is a wonderful thoughtful person. From the first appointment she has demonstrated knowledge, patience and understanding on every aspect of the treatment. It is not often that we find practitioners like her. What a blessing!!
I had a therapist that Joanne had to clear me for her because she was far away, and I was prescribed my medication by her and been taking it for a month,ck had a problem at Walgreens and they said my therapist was over 50 miles away so then I was recommended back to Joanne because she was closer to my area and sh completely shut me down, she said” you can’t just change therapists, you’re not allowed to do that” and then when I called advent health again they were like that’s not true at all you have a right to change to ther... read more
