Mistake in their end that ended in costing me 1,000 out of pocket. I went to do an alignment on my car MONTHS AGO and through that time it balded one side of my tires. The service was so bad that my tires went to waste in a matter of months. I let them know and brushed me off and told me they were glad I got it fixed at discount tire. MORALE OF THE STORY, if you want good service go to discount tire on jones.
Just wanted to stop and give credit were credit is due: Mr. Ricky Hilliard. (Pre owned Department) outstanding customer service and following though from beginning to the end. Amazing job. I also would like to thank Mr. Fred English (Finance Manager) excellent customer service and honesty. By far the best Finance Manager I've ever met. One more, Mr Staci for making us feel like we were home. Everyone was polite and professional. Highly recommend.
My breaks went out while driving due to vacuum recall. Extremely dangerous and lucky to be alive. They do not have the recalled part in stock. They told me it could take up to 10 days to get the part in. I was told there would be rental car assistance but when I got there that was not true and had to pay $254 for just 5 days. I asked my advisor for help and he said nothing they can do. Very very poor customer service.
This I feel hands down is the best service facility for Toyota in Houston. I have been to other places such as Don mcgill, Southwest Toyota which used to be called Sterling McCall. All those places beat around the bush and cut corners. Kyle P who was my service advisor what's the most knowledgeable and friendly guy that is real laid-back but always right when it comes to doing business! He pretty much gave me information that I was not educated on and he was real chill and patient about it as well. Can't wait to come back!
Still a great service center ... showing some age ... replaced individual water bottles with a water cooler and vending machines. No longer serving popcorn... be careful if upselling services during car review. People are friendly and my wait was less than 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation.
