Made a 9:15am appointment for Saturday just for an oil change and alignment. Dropped of my car at 9am sharp and was told it was going to take 2 hours. I ended up waiting 5 hours, my car took so long that my service advisor even went home so someone else had to take over. Unacceptable, and then they have the audacity to try and upsell me on a cabin air filter for $100. (You can just replace it yourself for less than $15). The whole dealership has failed every experience I have had . I went to buy my older Mother a car and I had to independently buy the CarFacts to find out the car I was looking at had an accident before. We ended up making a good deal after 6 hours of haggling, and then lowered my interest rate contingent on me purchasing the warranty. Worst experience at this stealership. Timing chain cover leak on our vehicle which was covered under our 100k warranty while vehicle was still at roughly 70k they said our warranty was expired and cost to repair would be almost $6000 dug into our paper work and indeed we did have the 100k mile power train warranty so after bringing in the paperwork they finally did the work, but a couple of days later after the “fix” they performed it started leaking even worse then before. There is absolutely no point in taking the time to schedule an appointment for Maintenance. There is no benefit of making an appointment for an oil change or maintenance. You will have the same wait time as a walk in. What’s the point of having appointments y’all? Just take that option off your website. An oil change and tire alignment took 3 whole hours. I have had my vehicle serviced here twice under the Toyota care initial services deal you get with a new car. The first time they managed to underfill my oil. The vehicle warned me, and they did send a technician out to redo the oil change in my work parking lot, however, this should never have happened. The second time I took it in, there were interior clips left rattling around in my floor. Luckily, I was able to find where they go and reinstall them under the seat.
