Just wanted to stop and give credit were credit is due: Mr. Ricky Hilliard. (Pre owned Department) outstanding customer service and following though from beginning to the end. Amazing job. I also would like to thank Mr. Fred English (Finance Manager) excellent customer service and honesty. By far the best Finance Manager I've ever met. One more, Mr Staci for making us feel like we were home. Everyone was polite and professional. Highly recommend.
Recently bought a used 25 Camry and had the car independently checked with a local mechanic. They found an alignment issue and I took my car to Joe Myers service department to fix. They fixed the issue at no extra charge and did it quickly.
Unprofessional and careless staff because not one but 2 incidents back to back, first off they left loose lugnuts one of them I was able to turn it with my fingers and all the other ones needing more torque and recently I took my car for maintenance the techs didn't tighten 2 of the 3 bolts properly it cause a small panel to hang off and ended riping more of the underpanel, I returned to the dealership and not only they tried to BLAME IT on me but they REFUSE to change the broken panel, when THEY KNOW it was a mistake by the... read more
For not having an Appt wasn't bad waiting . They have a great seating area and kiosk of stuff. They also offer to take you to get something to eat and bring you back. It was definitely pretty busy in there. They Employee are very friendly.
I arrived here at 4:15pm and after checking in I sat here to almost closing. No communication until I got up to ask them where my truck was for an oil change and alignment. When I brought my truck in it was not pulling to the right even though my steering wheel was slightly going to the right. After they did the alignment my truck is pulling to the right now.
