They just don’t have their act together, gave me a lot of misinformation/nonsense. I called another dealership service center literally in their parking lot, and was able to get helped a lot better. Their service rep also gets really bad insurance from the company and for some reason told me he has to wait over 3 hours at the doctors just to get a checkup, that’s inhumane. Made a 9:15am appointment for Saturday just for an oil change and alignment. Dropped of my car at 9am sharp and was told it was going to take 2 hours. I ended up waiting 5 hours, my car took so long that my service advisor even went home so someone else had to take over. Unacceptable, and then they have the audacity to try and upsell me on a cabin air filter for $100. (You can just replace it yourself for less than $15). Worst experience at this stealership. Timing chain cover leak on our vehicle which was covered under our 100k warranty while vehicle was still at roughly 70k they said our warranty was expired and cost to repair would be almost $6000 dug into our paper work and indeed we did have the 100k mile power train warranty so after bringing in the paperwork they finally did the work, but a couple of days later after the “fix” they performed it started leaking even worse then before. The whole dealership has failed every experience I have had . I went to buy my older Mother a car and I had to independently buy the CarFacts to find out the car I was looking at had an accident before. We ended up making a good deal after 6 hours of haggling, and then lowered my interest rate contingent on me purchasing the warranty. I left my car for oil change only and they said will be fast service. It took them almost 4 hours to do service at 8 am in the middle of week where was not much people.
