This I feel hands down is the best service facility for Toyota in Houston. I have been to other places such as Don mcgill, Southwest Toyota which used to be called Sterling McCall. All those places beat around the bush and cut corners. Kyle P who was my service advisor what's the most knowledgeable and friendly guy that is real laid-back but always right when it comes to doing business! He pretty much gave me information that I was not educated on and he was real chill and patient about it as well. Can't wait to come back!
Just wanted to stop and give credit were credit is due: Mr. Ricky Hilliard. (Pre owned Department) outstanding customer service and following though from beginning to the end. Amazing job. I also would like to thank Mr. Fred English (Finance Manager) excellent customer service and honesty. By far the best Finance Manager I've ever met. One more, Mr Staci for making us feel like we were home. Everyone was polite and professional. Highly recommend.
Still a great service center ... showing some age ... replaced individual water bottles with a water cooler and vending machines. No longer serving popcorn... be careful if upselling services during car review. People are friendly and my wait was less than 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation.
They did a 15,000 mile service of my GR Corolla. I’m rating 5 stars because they thoroughly checked over the car and found an issue that another dealership service department stated was completely fine. This was all covered under warranty, so I do not know about pricing.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Joe Myers Toyota and the service center has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I initially emailed to confirm a car’s availability and was told it was there. Based on that, I left work early to go see it—only to be told when I arrived that the car wasn’t even there yet. After following up multiple times, I returned the next day once they said it had arrived.
