I didn't have a great experience. First off, I drove an hour to get a car from them that I found online. Got there, they sold the car, so I agreed to take a different car, but they had to get it back from the previous owner. 1 week later, I finally get to pick up the car, only to have to bring it back for some small fixes. Mistake in their end that ended in costing me 1,000 out of pocket. I went to do an alignment on my car MONTHS AGO and through that time it balded one side of my tires. The service was so bad that my tires went to waste in a matter of months. I let them know and brushed me off and told me they were glad I got it fixed at discount tire. MORALE OF THE STORY, if you want good service go to discount tire on jones.
Just wanted to stop and give credit were credit is due: Mr. Ricky Hilliard. (Pre owned Department) outstanding customer service and following though from beginning to the end. Amazing job. I also would like to thank Mr. Fred English (Finance Manager) excellent customer service and honesty. By far the best Finance Manager I've ever met. One more, Mr Staci for making us feel like we were home. Everyone was polite and professional. Highly recommend.
My experience there is enjoyable! Scott Michael the fixed operations director, Erin Bostick, the assistant service manager Connie, and the entire Toyota "tag" team is totally terrific!!! Scott welcomed me into his "castle" and made me feel right at home. He listened to my concerns from his heart! Coming there had it's own set if anxieties. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, left with wheel damages. I was not looking for nascar speed service but this is the results. Update: They made the repairs to the wheels. A whole day without a vehicle. They did provide Lyft service.
