Just wanted to stop and give credit were credit is due: Mr. Ricky Hilliard. (Pre owned Department) outstanding customer service and following though from beginning to the end. Amazing job. I also would like to thank Mr. Fred English (Finance Manager) excellent customer service and honesty. By far the best Finance Manager I've ever met. One more, Mr Staci for making us feel like we were home. Everyone was polite and professional. Highly recommend.
Recently bought a used 25 Camry and had the car independently checked with a local mechanic. They found an alignment issue and I took my car to Joe Myers service department to fix. They fixed the issue at no extra charge and did it quickly.
They did a 15,000 mile service of my GR Corolla. I’m rating 5 stars because they thoroughly checked over the car and found an issue that another dealership service department stated was completely fine. This was all covered under warranty, so I do not know about pricing.
Unprofessional and careless staff because not one but 2 incidents back to back, first off they left loose lugnuts one of them I was able to turn it with my fingers and all the other ones needing more torque and recently I took my car for maintenance the techs didn't tighten 2 of the 3 bolts properly it cause a small panel to hang off and ended riping more of the underpanel, I returned to the dealership and not only they tried to BLAME IT on me but they REFUSE to change the broken panel, when THEY KNOW it was a mistake by the... read more
They just don’t have their act together, gave me a lot of misinformation/nonsense. I called another dealership service center literally in their parking lot, and was able to get helped a lot better. Their service rep also gets really bad insurance from the company and for some reason told me he has to wait over 3 hours at the doctors just to get a checkup, that’s inhumane.
