I was very happy with how dependable and prepared Joel was on our day to look at condos. He was very comfortable and friendly with my family, and answered all our questions with patience. He was also very good at returning text, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner…. His local knowledge and expertise added to his professional disposition.
If there were a sixth star I would chose it, Joel and his team not only sold my place in 5 days and got my asking price they went over and beyond to represent and look after my best interest whether it was making sure the buyer had a reputable financial source or and Erica keeping me always in the loop on all transactions they were very transparent. I could go on and on but I would definitely highly recommend Joel and his team to buy or sell your next home!!

I've been buying and selling real estate since 1972. In the past 50 years I have never deal with a Realtor who was more knowledgeable or more willing to help than Joel.
