I am beyond blessed to have Dr Doane and Dr Parsons as my physicians. Having had rheumatoid arthritis and related complicated autoimmune health issues for over 40 years, they have extensively addressed and continue to seek answers and treatment for problems concerning my eye sight. Their referrals, consultations, testing and follow through have allowed me to be able to function and enjoy my family and friends through the years. Now they are doing it again addressing new issues. I cannot thank them enough.
Received the most comprehensive pre exam for cataracts at Discovery Vision Center Leawood from Dr Doane and his staff. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Feeling very confident about my upcoming surgery!
I was very pleased with everyone from the receptionists at the front desk, to all of Dr. Doane's assistants, and especially with Dr. Doane himself. Dr. Doane addressed all of my concerns, and he was very kind, as well.
The receptionists were efficient. Rachel was very good and helpful and did her job well. She was nice to talk to also. Dr. Doane explained what to expect and answered my questions well. I feel I can trust him to take care of my eyes.
Dr. Doane and staff explained the procedure very well and made me feel comfortable with my choice. They were professional and courteous.
I've known Dr Doane for 20 years. After a ton of research I chose him to do the Lasik procedure on both of my eyes in January of 2000. He has taken good care of my eyes ever since. He is smart, compassionate and professional. I have recommended him to many of my friends. They all experience exceptional care.
It was a routine annual checkup. Dr. Doane was my surgeon for Lasik & cataract surgeries, & I trust him implicitly. His bedside manner is the best ever, and he's honest as far as risks and outcomes. I'll be sorry not to be seeing him for routine checks, but freeing him for surgery means more patients to benefit from his skill.
