I had the best experience! My house sold for what we hoped for, more than listed, the very next day after it was listed, with a cash buyer. So quick and easy. David was so supportive, and encouraging, as our home was very full and he was patient and encouraging to get me through the process of emptying it prior to listing it. No easy feat! Jim Kallerson was great! He was knowledgeable, professional and was there for us each step of the way. We had lived in our house for 25 years, so we hadn’t sold a house in that many years m. That, coupled with the market so unpredictable and high interest rates, we were nervous about listing right now. Jim’s knowledge of the market allowed him to price our house for the best results.
