Dr. Lattin conducted a shoulder procedure yesterday. He was very clear and spent time with me to make sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered. I was amazed when he followed up with me today to see how I was doing. Exceptional bedside manner!

The visit to Dr. Lattin exceeded my expectations. I am a heavier person and was expecting a little bid of a feeling of condescension but I NEVER felt anything but cared for during my visits with him. From the receptionists to the nurse that took my stats, I felt genuinely cared for and listened to. He listened to my concerns and responded with answers that made sense. The absolute worst, most unprofessional, uncaring "Dr" I have seen in 10 years! Unsympathetic, "ivory tower", sadly expressionless! Never again!!!!
